Cost and Quality Improvement
The ProviderWorks Cost and Quality Improvement Program is a program of ten modules, deployed in two phases that enable organizations to enhance their ability to manage major initiatives and change with the goal of creating a care delivery organization within the greater integrated national health delivery system.
- Phase one includes three modules that focus on measuring and enhancing performance, accountability and generating savings.
- Phase two includes seven modules that focus on transformational changes championed by leadership across the enterprise. These could include changes in information systems, physician/ hospital integration, internal customer process improvement, the expansion of integrated services, building a continuum of care agreements, reducing variances in outcomes and resource consumption and, last, the development of the organization's e-services.
