John (Jack) R. Bebiak, MBA
A healthcare executive with demonstrated accomplishments in advancing evolving healthcare organizations, Jack Bebiak is an experienced health system strategist and operations administrator as well as a board and organizational improvement planner and process consultant. He has served as a hospital trustee, chief executive officer and has co-founded healthcare management enterprises.
Jack is an experienced leader, known as a developer, problem-solver and relationship builder with a track-record of proven results. Keys to his success include his understanding of leadership cultures, plans that have sustainable results, and improving clinical and administrative service delivery.
Areas of specialization include development and integration of health networks and systems, governance, physician collaboration, strategic planning and improvement of clinical operations.
Accomplishments:
Some of Jack's rich and diverse experiences include consults with hospital and physician groups from Anchorage to Boston, the facilitation of over 30 major affiliations, mergers and acquisitions and the design and application of comparative performance measures for hospitals, boards, leadership, physicians, work culture, work flows and specific processes such as physician recruitment and retention.
Jack holds an MBA in management and marketing from Central Michigan University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University. He is co-founder of VHA's National Networking/System Development Leaders Forum.
