Richard S. Ringlespaugh
Rick Ringlespaugh co- founded Powerway, Incorporated in 1987. During his tenure, Powerway grew to become a multi-million dollar, global software firm with offices operating in North America, Europe and Asia.
Ringlespaugh has provided executive leadership in Sales,Marketing, Operations, Services, Investor Relations and BusinessDevelopment. Rick has been instrumental in developing strategic investors, acquiring new markets, partners, direct customers and new industries for Powerway.
After departing Powerway, Ringlespaugh co-founded Waypoint Global, a Chinese Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE). The WOFE operation started in 2005 and developed commercial relationships with more than 100 Asian companies. Before founding Powerway, Ringlespaugh held a senior management position with DataMyte Corp., a division of Rockwell International. He also was a senior member of the executive team at Clark Witbeck Co., an industrial distributor in upstate New York, and a Regional Manager with Wheelabrator-Frye Corp.
Ringlespaugh attended Wabash College and Ball State University where he holds a B.S. degree inscience and completed two years of graduate studies in Physiology.
